Our Story
MossOr didn't start with a big plan.
It started as a hobby. As play. As an idea that made us smile during a time when the world was stuck indoors and missing nature.
So we thought: if we can't go to nature, we'll bring nature closer to people.
We've known each other since we were 14.
27 years of friendship, shared stories, and life lived side by side.
MossOr isn't just a project to us. It's a natural continuation of the road we've been walking together.
The Process
Each piece begins with careful selection of preserved moss and lichen varieties. We work with materials that have been sustainably harvested and preserved using eco-friendly methods. The creation process involves layering different textures and shades to create depth and visual interest, much like nature itself composes a forest floor. Every artwork is handcrafted with attention to detail, ensuring that each piece is unique and captures the essence of natural beauty.
